 Sponsorship Fee: CAD $75.

  • Right of Permanent Residence Fee: CAD $515.
  • Dependent Child Fee: CAD $150 per child.

• Biometrics fee: CAD $85 per applicant or CAD $170 for families applying together.

Note: Medical exams and police certificates are not included in IRCC fees and must be paid separately.
